Lord, I acknowledge that without You I am nothing. I lay down my pride, my self-confidence, and my independence. I submit myself completely to Your authority and leadership.

Father, uproot every seed of pride in my heart. Deliver me from trusting in my strength, wisdom, or achievements. Teach me to rely totally on You.

Lord, remove every stubbornness, resistance, and insensitivity in my heart. Replace my heart of stone with a heart that is soft and responsive to You.

Father, where my will conflicts with Yours, break me gently and align me completely to Your perfect will.

Lord, help me not to boast in my abilities or achievements. Let my confidence be found only in Christ.
